The sooner you treat your clothes with your w’air, the better the results will be

Always use the correct w’air products – using the wrong products will damage your w’air and you may invalidate your warranty

No need for long soaks
or intensive scrubbing

Carefully remove / wipe away any excess spillage then lay your clothing on the backing mat on a hard, flat surface
Make sure the w’air backing mat is directly under the stained part of the fabric to be cleaned
Apply the correct pre-treatment liberally, checking the w’air app. Make sure you have moistened the entire area of the stain
Wait for the pre-treatment to completely dry before continuing (usually 10-15 minutes)
Place the wand directly on top of the stain, press and hold the button and rub the area well
Air dry in minutes and you’re ready to go
If the stain doesn’t go, repeat from step 3 onwards
Clean the wand thoroughly with warm water after use

Hold the wand as close as possible to your clothing (without touching it) then press and hold the blue button on the wand
Pass over the fabric paying particular attention to cuffs, collars and armpits on shirts and tops
Rinse your clothing by dipping it gently in cold water
Hang out to dry naturally
Clean the wand thoroughly with warm water after use

So you can wear your clothes
for longer between washes

Pass over the fabric, paying particular attention to cuffs, collars and armpits on shirts and tops
Make sure all areas are refreshed
Air dry in minutes and you’re ready to go
Clean the wand thoroughly with warm water after use
